John Soliman, the founder of Pacific Tech Systems, is a dynamic GIS and Software Specialist who masterfully combines a robust software engineering foundation with deep expertise in geospatial technologies. His passion lies in developing innovative solutions that address real-world challenges, particularly for public sector organizations.
With a proven track record, John has successfully delivered high-value systems for emergency management and municipal governments. His work focuses on streamlining complex data collection processes, significantly reducing operational costs, and accelerating critical workflows. Developed an Automated Service Request system platform. Developed map-based apps for Public works department. Streamlined operations of the service request system

Automated the geospatial database for properties affected by wildfires, saving approximately 2 hours per property for 1,100 properties. Reduced data mining tasks from 80 hours to about 5 hours using Python scripts. Deployed a Flutter-based client management application to enable near real-time data collection and collaboration with a six-person data science team.
